Coach Dan Connors - Team Kyrpto 2021 East

Dan grew up in Framingham, MA where he was a high school lacrosse all star, he went on to play lacrosse in college,  JV @ UMASS, Amherst and graduated in 1991.  After UMASS, Dan continued his schooling and received his Master’s and Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at Mass General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.  Dan began coaching lacrosse shortly after college at Acton Boxboro Regional High School from 1994-2000.  He later coached boys youth lacrosse U13 and U15 in Framingham and has been coaching in Hopkinton for the past three years, where Dan, his wife Jennifer, son Jake, and daughter Hannah reside.  Dan and his wife own JumpStart Physical Therapy and Sports Training in Natick and Norwood, and are in the process of opening up a third clinic in Newton.   Since college, Dan has played on numerous men’s club lacrosse teams and continues to play.   He is also a certified emergency medical responder and was the part of the medical team for the professional indoor Boston Rockhopper Lacrosse team 2012.

Coach Rich Claflin - Team Krypto 2021 East

Father, Coach, and professional who makes it “ALL ABOUT THE KIDS”. Lacrosse offers so many relationships, experiences, opportunities, and life lessons. After graduating from Newton North High School in the late 80’s, went on to play at Plymouth State College, as well as several “laid back” club and tournament teams. Coaching experience runs from Youth up through the College level. As Newton Youth Lacrosse President, he has coordinated and Coached at every level of Youth Lacrosse, including Newton’s very successful MBYLL Select programs. He has assisted at both the High School and College level. Starting with the Prime Time Penguins Select Program, Rich has been with WARRIOR ELITE since its inception. Rich has been a Law Enforcement officer for the past 18 years, and currently resides in Newton with his wife and three children.

 

Coach Rich Joseph- Team Adonis 2021 West

Growing up in Longmeadow, Ma, Coach Joseph has been involved in Lacrosse for 35 years. .  He received all western MA honors playing crease attack on Longmeadow’s 1983 state championship team which ended the season 19 – 0.  After graduating Coach Joseph played midfield at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey and competed in the Mid Atlantic conference.  From 1988 - 1990 he was assistant coach at the University of Hartford coaching defense and supporting the offense in various roles.   During this time he spent 10 years playing club lacrosse for Longmeadow competing in various tournaments throughout the northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Most recently he coached both girls and boys youth lacrosse from 2003 – 2012 and was president of Wilbraham Boys Youth Lacrosse program for 3 years providing growth opportunities for the players and the organization.  He has been employed with United Technologies Aerospace Division for the past 23 years in various finance and operations roles.   

Coach Shad Hanrahan- Team Adonis 2021 West

Shad grew up in Syracuse,NY. He attended and played lacrosse at Springfield College and graduated with a BA in Early Education. Shad currently runs 3 childcare programs. He is active in his town lacrosse program with his 2 children Carter and Coleson. He currently lives in Longmeadow.

 
 

Coach Mike Wright- Team Blade 2022 East

Mike grew up in Worcester, MA.  He graduated from Nichols College where he played lacrosse and football.  Mike was a four year starter and named team captain his senior year in lacrosse.  He continued to play competitively after college.  Mike has worked in the medical device industry for the last 20 years.   He has coached lacrosse for the past 6 years in the Franklin Youth Lacrosse Organization at the U9, U11, U13 and U13 Select level.  Mike has also coached at the U15 level.  He also coaches his daughter in the Franklin Girls Youth Lacrosse Organization.   Mike lives in Franklin with his wife, son and daughter. 

 

Coach Chris Graham- Team Blade 2022 East

Chris began his lacrosse at Concord-Carlisle High School. While at CCHS, he was a three sport athlete and finished his school lacrosse career as an Eastern Mass All-American.  After graduating Chris went to Denison University where he made the varsity team as a freshman. Over the years Chris has become a face off specialist and has taught at many clinics as well as being an assistant coach at Lasell College, and Norwood HS. In 2001 he represented USA masters team in the World games in Australia along with coach Piatelli and Campbell. Currently he is coaching and a Board member with Nipmuc Youth Lacrosse program.
 

Coach Keith Campbell -Team Warp 2022 West

Keith has been involved with the sport of lacrosse playing and coaching for the past 30 years.  In 2015 he became the head lacrosse coach at Longmeadow High School and was named Western Massachusetts Coach of the year. Recently he was the offensive Coordinator of the Professional Indoor Boston Rockhoppers and Defensive Coach at East Longmeadow High School. Over the past 10 years Keith has been and instructor and coach at many youth and college summer camps. He coaches youth lacrosse at both the town and club levels and in the past has qualified and traveled to Florida to compete in the Dick’s Sporting Goods National Championship with both U13 and U15 teams. Keith was a member of the 1981 undefeated Longmeadow high school state championship team. For the past decade he has competed in all the elite national tournaments as well being a member of Team USA (Masters Division) at the world games in Perth Australia .Keith currently lives in Longmeadow with his daughter Kathryn and son Kristopher.

 

 

 

Coach Pete Davis- Team McDaddy 2023 East

Pete played lacrosse at Framingham South High School and then went on to play collegiately at Merrimack College.  As a face off midfielder, he captained the team both his Junior and Senior seasons.  During his Senior year, Pete led the team in goals and was subsequently named team MVP and nominated for the East-West Senior game.  After college, Pete continued to play club lacrosse and still plays locally today.

Pete’s coaching career began in 2003 where he coached at the youth level for King Philip.  A few years later, he went on to coach his own sons in the Franklin Youth Lacrosse program where he is now the acting Vice President.   Since 2008, Pete coached teams from the U9-U15 age levels for both town and select leagues.   In 2013 and 2014, he led the Division 1 Franklin U13 Select Program to “back to back” MBYLL Championship game appearances, winning it all in 2013. With those appearances came the honor of head coaching the MBYLL East All Stars two years in a row.  Pete coaches a number of youth sports including Pop Warner Football and Metro travel basketball but his allegiance has always been to lacrosse. 

Pete works as a District Sales Manager and lives in Franklin with his wife Kathy and (3) sons, Will, Jake and Luke.  

Coach Bruce Chanenchuk- Team McDaddy 2023 East

Bruce Chanenchuk has been coaching and playing lacrosse for over 30 years.  Most recently, he led Medfield High School boy’s lacrosse team to the state finals as an assistant coach.  He has coached multiple high school club teams at the elite national level as well as youth teams in New England.  He is a founding board member and former President of Natick Youth Lacrosse. 

Bruce played professional lacrosse for the Boston Blazers for 8 years and ended his professional career as team captain.  During that time period, he was an Assistant Coach at Harvard University.  While playing at Johns Hopkins University, he won three NCAA Division I National Championships and served as team captain his senior year.    He grew up in Farmingdale, New York, where he broke multiple high school records and led his team to the county championship and state tournament his senior year as the team captain, an All-American, and participant in the National North-South All-Star game.  Bruce still enjoys competitive club lacrosse, having won the 2015 Super Grand Masters Lake Placid Summit Lacrosse Tournament.  Along with other Warrior Elite coaches, Bruce represented the United States in the world games (Masters Division) in Perth Australia.

Bruce lives in Natick and has four children, ages 10 to 23.  He has volunteered as youth coach on his children’s soccer, basketball, and lacrosse teams.  He is certified to coach both boys and girls lacrosse.  His oldest daughter is playing at Princeton and his younger daughter is committed to Dartmouth.  His son won the NCLL Division 1 championship while playing club at Penn.  

 

Coach Carl Faust- Team McDaddy 2023 East

Carl grew up playing lacrosse in Binghamton, NY and continued to play at UMASS Amherst for Dick Garber's Gorillas. Carl attended graduate school at the MGH Institute in Boston and obtained a Masters and later Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He owns his own orthopedic sports medicine practice in Wellesley, MA. Carl currently is the President of the North Attleboro youth lacrosse program.  Carl also currently plays for Blackstone LC.   He and his wife Jessica live in North Attleboro and have 3 children, Katie, Peter, and Sarah. 

   

Coach Rich Micelli- Team McDaddy 2023 East

Rich was introduced to and learned how to play lacrosse by watching cousin Jack Piatelli in the 80s. He played goalie and defense at Quinnipiac College from 1990-1993. In 2000, Natick started a youth lacrosse program and he coached the U11s. Rich then coached the U13s in 2001 and 2002 as well as goalie clinics in Natick. He continued to play in men's leagues through the 2000s. Rich picked up coaching again in 2014, as an assistant for the 2023 Warrior Elite McDaddy team. His two children, Nicky and Anthony  play lacrosse as well as hockey.

Coach John Klepacki- Head of West Division

John Klepacki, who wrapped up his 13th season as the Western New England University men's lacrosse coach in 2014, continues to establish himself among the top coaches in the nation today. Klepacki has posted an impressive 175-70 career and school mark for a .714 winning percentage, which ranks fifth among active NCAA Division III men's lacrosse coaches.

The winningest coach in terms of percentage among all current WNE head coaches, Klepacki has overseen all seven of the Golden Bears' runs in the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Championship since 2002.

John has 16 years of coaching the club level in Western Mass. He has helped many players develop their high school game to a higher level. Whether that be the jv player making the varisty or taking his game to the college level. John enjoys coaching the youth in the off season to help players challenge themselves. Plus develop a better understanding of what it takes to be successful in this great sport. It has been his honor to be involved in so many Western Mass players careers. Recently 14 out of the 25 selections for All Western Mass were members of the 413 lacrosse program. John understand how the recruiting process works at all divisions and he is  committed to helping players find the proper niche for what they want out of their college experience. He is  excited to be working with Warrior Elite to raise the level of play in Western Mass. Warrior Elite should be where the best local players unite in a competitive environment.

Coach Mike Arnold- Team Swarm WEST 2023

Mike grew up in Longmeadow Mass and was at team member and starting Goalie for the State Championship ’92 team; State Runners up in ’91 & ’93. Attended Springfield College where he was a team member of the ’94 National Championship team and ’95 National Championship runners up. Post collegiate goalie with the Brine Outlaws and Boston Crabs Lacrosse Clubs with in the USCLA. Mikes Coaching career has seen experience from the first year youth players up to the division 1 college ranks. He served as Assistant lacrosse coach at Tabor Academy (Goalie/Def) ’98, Assistant Coach (Goalie/Def) Loomis Chaffee ’99, University of Hartford Assistant Coach (Goalies) ’99-’00, Endicott College ’01 and the Longmeadow Youth Lacrosse from 2010- Present. In addition to these years coaching Mike has run the summer camp circuit traveling the country working at different programs such as Peak Performance lacrosse Camp, Peak 200 Lacrosse, Peak Goalie Camp, Bill Pilot Goalie School. Mikes expertise comes from years of coach and playing in the goal and takes pride in challenging his goalies to be the on the field leaders of their teams. Currently Mike works within the medical device field with Intuitive Surgical, manufacturer of the daVinci Surgical Robotic Platform, as a clinical representative for the local Western Mass Hospitals. Outside of Lacrosse and work, Mike spends his time with his two sons Jack (12) and Nick (11). During the winter months he and the boys can be seen skiing the slopes of Mt Snow and other area Vermont mountains with the Ability Plus ski program where he serves as a ski instructor for athletes with physical and mental disabilities.

Coach Andrew Healy-Team Evo EAST 2024

Andrew Healy is a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury High School and a two time division III national champion at Middlebury College. Prior to his current position, Andrew was a member of the coaching staff at Lincoln-Sudbury High School and Salisbury School (Salisbury, CT). Andrew is presently the dean of students and head boys’ lacrosse coach at Lawrence Academy (Groton, MA). In addition, he teaches Spanish, coaches football and lives in the upper-class dorm. Andrew is a life-long learner and passionate educator who views athletics as a valuable way of developing character, grit and selflessness.

COACH NICK ST.GEORGE-TEAM BULLZEYE 2024/2025 WEST

Nick St. George is a native of upstate New York and is currently a teacher and the head football coach at Longmeadow High School. Nick has been coaching football at Longmeadow since 1987. He was selected as the 2014 Western Mass Football Coach of the Year. Nick was an assistant lacrosse coach at Longmeadow High School from 1989 - 1995. In 1996 he coached the Agawam Club team which then went varsity the following year. Agawam won 3 league titles between 1997 and 2005 including one undefeated league season. When not coaching Nick enjoys time with his wife Kerri and kids Bella & Nico. They enjoy hiking fishing camping and traveling.

COACH ABEL P0IRIER-TEAM REGULATOR 2025

Abel comes to us from the U.S. Navy Club Lacrosse program where he took up the sport while stationed in Bethesda, Maryland as a Naval Hospital Corpsman. Upon leaving the Navy in 2000, Abel began his coaching career as the Head Track and Field Coach at Coyle Cassidy High School where he coached numerous All­State and All New England athletes including 2 All­Americans. He later moved on to coach at Stonehill College where he coached in 3 national championships. Abel’s love of coaching and working with young people led to his becoming the first coach to create a U9 program in the town of Raynham and later even a U7 program. In 2012, Abel founded the Tribe Lacrosse team which two years later morphed into the Bridgewater­Raynham select program which continues to compete today. Abel is currently the Lacrosse Program Manager of Fore Kicks in Taunton where he oversees all lacrosse related programing as well as the Lacrosse Skills Academy where he coaches clinics for U9’s through high school aged players. As a former special educator, Abel co­authored the nationally recognized “Sticklers” lacrosse curriculum currently being taught at all Fore Kicks facilities for children as young as 4 years old. Constantly looking to grow the game of lacrosse, Abel created The Raynham Oldies Lacrosse League as well as the 45+ League at Fore Kicks where he continues to play when he’s not coaching. Abel lives in Taunton with his wife Sandra and his son Tanner.

Coach Chirag Desai- Team Regulator 2025 East

Chirag is graduate of Xaverian and Northeastern University. He has been coaching lacrosse for the past 5 years within the Select and Youth Lacrosse Organization at the U9, U11 and U13 levels in North Carolina and Massachusetts. For the past two years, during the spring season Chirag coaches both of Xaverian’s FXD lacrosse team. Chirag has enjoyed coaching players at the U9, U11, U13 and Middle School levels and focus on individual fundamentals, improving LAX I.Q. and team play.
