Coach Jack Piatelli - Founder and Co- Owner

Widely regarded as one of the country’s premier teachers of the game, Jack is a 1986 graduate of Springfield College where he was a captain and All-American selection in his senior year, later going on to a successful professional career with the Boston Blazers. Jack has coached at the youth level high school level, college level and professional level. He has 3 kids Julianne, John and Brian who are also players and enthusiats of the game. Jack has been the regional sale manager for Warrior Lacrosse and Brine Lacrosse since May of 2004.

Coach John Klepacki- Head of West Division

John Klepacki, who wrapped up his 13th season as the Western New England University men's lacrosse coach in 2014, continues to establish himself among the top coaches in the nation today. Klepacki has posted an impressive 175-70 career and school mark for a .714 winning percentage, which ranks fifth among active NCAA Division III men's lacrosse coaches.

The winningest coach in terms of percentage among all current WNE head coaches, Klepacki has overseen all seven of the Golden Bears' runs in the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Championship since 2002.

John has 16 years of coaching the club level in Western Mass. He has helped many players develop their high school game to a higher level. Whether that be the jv player making the varisty or taking his game to the college level. John enjoys coaching the youth in the off season to help players challenge themselves. Plus develop a better understanding of what it takes to be successful in this great sport. It has been his honor to be involved in so many Western Mass players careers. Recently 14 out of the 25 selections for All Western Mass were members of the 413 lacrosse program. John understand how the recruiting process works at all divisions and he is  committed to helping players find the proper niche for what they want out of their college experience. He is  excited to be working with Warrior Elite to raise the level of play in Western Mass. Warrior Elite should be where the best local players unite in a competitive environment.
